Every time I launch the game it always say this could not load hw.dll (its a fatal error) Ive already unistalled it and reinstalled it and it still does the same thing. CS 1.6 Broken Bullet registry, bad recoil, impossible to play. This has been going on for 3 years now . i have no ideea what started it and how to fix it.
